ETOILE ICE R Z

ABOUT

Etoile Ice R Z is a six-year-old stallion built for the biggest arenas. Scopey, careful and remarkably cool-headed, he only truly switches on when the fences go up, exactly the mentality required at five-star level. He combines that quality with a willingness to work that is rare in a stallion.
“Etoile is extremely scopey and careful, but also very willing to work with you, especially for a stallion. I think he has all the possibilities to become a 5* Grand Prix horse. I could see him jumping in Aachen as an 8yo"
His sire, K.I. Taj Mahal, a son of Emerald, competed at the highest international level with both Cian O'Connor and Richard Vogel. His dam, Coco Ice Z, by the legendary Cornet Obolensky, is a granddaughter of Cold As Ice Z, the 1.60m Grand Prix mare ridden by Kevin Staut and dam of Judy Ann Melchior’s world-famous As Cold As Ice Z.
His granddam, Annina Z, is also at the foundation of the international showjumpers Crystal Ice Z, Nino Ice Z and Topaz Ice Z.
Few young stallions combine this much quality with such a cool head.
